New Project Development

The Junior League of Eastern Fairfield County (JLEFC) has completed its process for the next collaborative community project to advance School Readiness in the areas of literacyhealthy lifestyles and/or hunger, to better prepare Bridgeport-area children to succeed in school.

We plan to announce our new project shortly.

In the meantime, we would like to extend our gratitude to all of the organizations in Eastern Fairfield County who expressed an interest in working with us on our next project. The response to our Request for Letters of Intent was overwhelming and a true testament to the good work these organizations do in the community on a daily basis. While we are no longer accepting proposals for our next project, the JLEFC continues to seek out volunteer and training opportunities for our Members.
